More about this item
This is a vintage bottle of Devon Violets perfume, made by Lownds Pateman of the UK.
The bottle is marked 30 ml on the base. It is opened, but appears to be almost completely full. It has a pleasant scent (I don't know this perfume, so can't compare it to how it is supposed to smell, but it appears to be in very good condition).
The bottle itself is milk glass with a painted design of violets. It is about 3 inches tall.
Sticker on the base says "Perfume by Lownds Pateman, 30 ml, Made in UK"
It also includes a UK postal code, which means this particular label is after 1959 when postal codes were introduced in England. But I don't know exactly how old it is. Lownds Pateman has been producing the Devon Violets scent since 1921 (I don't know if Lownds Pateman made different violet perfumes, or if there were different versions - I am assuming this bottle is Devon Violets based on the fact there is a picture of violets on the bottle).
