Lovely Vintage enamel brooch from 1996. Signed by designer Arman Fernandez.
Note this does have some condition issues (so priced accordingly - this brooch is priced much higher in non-chipped condition), but is perfectly usable as it is - The enamel is chipping where the paint is "pooling" at the bottom of the brooch. But unless you feel it or look closely, it's not obvious that it isn't supposed to be that way. Please see photos carefully.
