This is a framed, matted signed Art Print by artist James Wiens, with glass front.

The piece is pre-owned, and there is a little scuffing on the back of the corners of the frame (see photos) but no visible marks or issues on the front. It does have a hanger on the back, so is ready to hang on the wall.
