This is a live Cupid Peperomia Plant (the scientific name is Peperomia Scandens "Variegata"). It is a 2-3 inch plant, shipped in a 2-inch nursery pot with soil.
Cupid Peperomia has pretty heart-shaped leaves which are green and edged in cream. As it grows it tends to spread or mound, so it makes a good hanging plant.
It is an easy-care houseplant which does have some drought tolerance since the leaves and stems are fairly thick and semi-succulent, so it can handle the occasional forgotten watering. It likes bright to medium indirect light. Water when the soil is almost fully dried out (it doesn't like to sit in wet soil).
