This vintage ceramic pendant necklace is hand made in South Africa. It is new in the original packaging.
It is a one-inch glazed ceramic tile pendant of an African Elephant, the symbol of power and wisdom.
The card says "African Symbols, Elephant, In many traditional tribal stories the elephant is considered to be powerful and wise, Handmade with care in South Africa."
The pendant is on a black cord which is adjustable in length. I do not know the full (maximum) length of the cord since it is still in the original packaging.
Condition: the necklace has never been used (still on original packaging), but the packaging card does have a bit of wear and some pen marks on the back.
